Peace Reset: Maine Woods Retreat

3 Days. 6 Women. One Quiet Place to Breathe.

Step away from the noise. Just for a weekend, trade your to-do list for tall pines, your inbox for open sky, and your routine for real rest.

Join me for Peace Reset: Maine Woods Retreat, an intimate, all-inclusive getaway for women ready to slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves — set at the beautiful off-grid Timberbrook Nature Retreat Center in Amherst, Maine.

📍 Friday, September 11 – Sunday, September 13
👯‍♀️ Limited to 6 women for a small, soulful group experience

What's Included:

  • All meals, made with care, from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. (a survey will be sent to inquire about dietary needs)

  • Guided hikes through the Maine woods

  • Teaching sessions, deep discussions, and discovery circles focused on cultivating a lasting sense of peace — one you can carry home with you long after the weekend ends

  • Generous personal time for journaling, rest, and reflection

  • A takeaway swag bag to carry the peace home with you

  • A warm, supportive community of women on the same journey

Why Timberbrook?
This off-grid retreat center means no Wi-Fi, no notifications, and no distractions — just nature, stillness, and space to truly arrive. (Don't worry — we'll make sure you have everything you need before you go.)

This Weekend Is For You If:

  • You're feeling overwhelmed by the noise, news, and chaos of the world and need a true pause

  • You've been dreaming of escaping it all — even just for a weekend — and going completely off-grid

  • You're craving rest that actually feels restful, not just a change of scenery

  • You want deep connection and real conversation, without small talk

  • You're ready to journal, hike, breathe, and reconnect with who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities

  • You've never seen a sky full of stars without city lights — and you want to

And don't worry — "off-grid" doesn't mean roughing it. Timberbrook has a full kitchen, indoor bathroom, shower, and gas-powered lighting, so you can unplug from the world without giving up your comfort. Plus, being miles from city lights means the night sky here is absolutely breathtaking — incredible stargazing is part of the magic.

A Retreat Built Around You

This retreat is intentionally limited to 6 women — and that's by design. Small means personal, and personal means powerful.

Once you register, you'll receive a short survey to help me understand where you are, what you're carrying, and what you most need from this weekend. Your responses, along with those of the other women in the group, will shape the curriculum, the discussions, and the focus of our time together. Nothing is pre-packaged or one-size-fits-all here — this retreat is built specifically for the women who show up.

You won't just attend this retreat. You'll help create it.

Giving Back: Our Partners for Peace Service Project

Part of every retreat I host includes a service project, because true peace isn't just something we find for ourselves — it's something we help create for others too.

This retreat, we'll be supporting Partners for Peace, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving people affected by domestic abuse and working to end personal, institutional, and cultural violence in the Penobscot & Piscataquis County region of Maine. They provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, advocacy, court accompaniment, children's services, and 24/7 support to anyone affected by abuse. Partners for Peace

As part of your registration, I'm asking each woman to bring one item from their current wish list. You can view the full list HERE: Please bring your items with you to the retreat, and I'll personally deliver our collective donations to Partners for Peace afterward. It's a small act that adds up to something meaningful — for women in our own community who need support and safety.

Spots are limited to 6 women, and they will fill quickly. Reserve yours today.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due by August 20th and is non-refundable after that date, as we will have finalized food, lodging, and program costs based on our group size.(see above for optional payment plan). If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another woman — just let us know.

In the unlikely event the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled by the host, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat date.
