In this experiential workshop, Barb Cookson will guide participants through the 8 Powers to explore simple, practical practices that support physical wellness, emotional balance, and spiritual connection.
Through gentle movement, reflection, and practical tools you can use in everyday life, you’ll learn how to build personal peace from the inside out—creating a ripple of peace in the world around you.
This workshop will explore foundational self-care practices for the body, mind, and spirit, including:
